On being defensive.

I would staple this one to my forehead if I could.

My defensiveness roadblocks me constantly.

Luckily, I know what to do with it when it shows up, so instead of holding me back I move through it quickly and enjoy better outcomes in my relationships.

I don’t write these posts from a high-and-mighty-I-got-it-all-figured-out place.

I am an ongoing work in progress, just like you.
