
In-Person Yoga
Sunday | 9:30-11 am |
In this well-rounded, mixed-level yoga class, you'll be guided through gentle movements to release stiffness in your body. You’ll gradually work your way up to standing strengthening postures, which may include a slow and mindful flow through a variation of sun salutations. The class will conclude with a calming restorative pose. With Catherine’s clear and precise instructions, you'll stay connected to the present moment, rarely needing to look outside of your own felt experience.
The room is held at standard room temperature.
Doors open at 9:20 am and close once class begins at 9:30 am.

Props for Class
Props are used in every class and are not provided, so please bring your own*. Please check this page the morning of class for a list of the props we’ll use that day.

Liminal Space Studio
1818 29th Street, Sacramento, CA
The door to the studio (pictured here) is located on 29th St closest to the Co-op driveway.
Immediately to the right of the door is a large mural that reads “Revolution”. The door will be propped open with a large wooden block and closed once class begins.
The studio is on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs.
Please do not disturb any of the adjoining businesses.
There is generally plenty of street parking, or you are welcome to park on any level of the parking garage on the corner of 28th and S St.
