Do you have Decision Fatigue?

Have you ever stood in front of the refrigerator after a long, exhausting day—door open, mind blank—unsure what to do next?

You’ve managed so much that now even the smallest choice, like what to eat, feels overwhelming.

The constant stream of mental demands—
What to do,
What to say,
What to fix,
What to remember
—adds up. And by the end of the day, your brain is just done figuring it all out.

There’s a name for that: decision fatigue. Our capacity to make choices is finite, and modern life depletes it quickly.

One of my favorite things about yoga is being guided through each movement, so I don’t have to think about what comes next.

When you let a teacher guide the structure, your nervous system has a chance to soften and settle.

You don’t have to plan.

You don’t have to decide.

You don’t have to think it through.

You just listen, move, breathe, and exist.

You get to arrive without having to plan the route. For 90 mins, you don’t have to decide a single thing.

Doesn’t that sound nice?

Give your sweet brain a break and let me lead you through movement this week.

All you have to do it show up.
